Return & Refund Policy – ArmorX

At ArmorX, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and usefulness.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 7-Day Return Policy allows you to request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.



1. Eligibility for Returns

A product will be eligible for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Note: Products that are used, soiled, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without original packaging/materials will not be accepted.



2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order mosquito nets
  • Used drain cover nets or nets that have been opened and applied
  • Any product damaged after delivery due to improper use or installation


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Support Tema via WhatsApp +91 73046 92553 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video of the product received.
  3. Once verified, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you to return the product to our address.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  • If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new item once your return has been received and approved, subject to stock availability.



6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, it will fall under the Return Policy terms above.
